The meeting of the General Assembly of the Union Association for Human Rights (UAHR) for the year 2025 was held on June 20, 2025, via video conferencing, with the participation of the Board members and a representative from the Department of Community Development.
The first meeting of the General Assembly of the UAHR was held on February 8, 2024, in Abu Dhabi, with the participation of the founding members and representatives from the Ministry and the Department of Community Development. The meeting included an overview of the Association’s establishment and objectives, introductions of the founding members, and the formation of the Board of Directors through acclamation, appointing the five members listed below for a four-year term
